Small groups provide opportunities to link together around a common theme, build friendships, share time working on special or personal projects while enjoying each other’s company and experience.
• Quilting -- Our quilting group, which affectionately calls itself “Stitch Witches,” meets Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm to work on individual and church level projects. Many of the wall hangings seen in church were made by this special group.
• Men’s Fellowship -- Gathers Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30 am to resolve all the major issues confronting the world. A casual time including much laughter and a chance get to know each other better. Fun for all whether you speak up or just enjoy listening.
• Singles -- Meets after church the first Sunday of each month at various local restaurants to enjoy each other’s company and break bread together. Fun stories abound. New members, who sometimes are widows and widowers, are welcomed with open arms.
• Centering Prayer -- Gathers at noon every Wednesday for those seeking a deeper connection to the divine. Settling into an interior silence allows participants to be more present to God, thereby bringing on a sense of balance to their lives.
